Very likely Flickrwashing, no camera meta data on any, nearly all different resolutions. Half of all other uploads have already been deleted as copyvios, see User talk:Specs212.

• File:Db buried.jpg - is a scan of a Getty Image[1]
• File:Davidblaine vertigo.jpg - higher resolution available from Google image search
• File:Davidblaine.jpg upcropped version available online from different source via Google image search
• @Magog the Ogre: who detected these before, but didn't do their research when nominating.
• Closing admin, please blacklist this Flickr user, as 100% of their Flickr photos are copyvios. - Commons:Questionable Flickr images. As the images are scans or heavily cropped from originals, they are not immediately detected.
